Eiffage's motorways concessions in France make a commitment to their customers
As provided for in the 2025 strategic plan, the new charter of customer commitments was recently rolled out across the networks of Eiffage's motorways concessions in France. This commitment focuses on four pillars: roads, services areas, the environment and the mobility of tomorrow.
The six Eiffage motorways concession companies in France - APRR, AREA, ADELAC, Viaduc de Millau (CEVM) and A'LIENOR - are releasing these commitments during this summer.
They have chosen a warm, quirky tone, backed up by a new visual identity and a short, strong and engaging tagline: "Ça bouge ici!
Nicolas Cote, Head Of Communication, explains : "Ça bouge ici !" is an illustration of our ambition. It's a slogan, it's a charter, it's a shared desire to work together for the benefit of all. It is built around a dynamic visual identity and a concrete message of proof, based on the expectations of our customers: to travel in complete freedom, on motorways that are ever safer, more respectful of the environment and prepared for the challenges of the ecological transition".
The campaign is being rolled out across all the companies' internal and external communication channels, including the site voyage of APRR-AREA website, social medias (LinkedIn), and signs at rest and services areas.
